BELLESOY - Main season variety that is highly resistant to many soybean leaf diseases. Can reach a height of 4 ft. tall when grown in the Deep South. Cooked beans have a delicious nutty flavor. The dry seeds are perfect to use in soups or to make tofu, soymilk, and tempeh.  2750 seeds per pound.
